I loved the location of this hotel, which was very central and close to the train station. It made it really easy for me to explore the surrounding area, including the beautiful walled town of Lucca. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and gave us helpful tips on side trips and places to eat. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of the main sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous room upgrade and the comfortable furnishings. The hotel provided a delicious continental breakfast.

Nothing, all excellent.

In a very nice 20 minutes walk mostly through a pedestrian zone you arrive at the leaning tower; easy to get in-and-out of the car park with a large car; totally safe even forgot to lock it first night, safe neighborhood; happily walked through the streets, well lit and clean; fantastic night atmosphere; friendly staff; delicious breakfast.
